		<description>They are saying that this file was inadvertently sent.  They meant to send a statement to a customer that requested it.  Either way, everything I said still applies.  Having worked at a bank, I remember jumping through all kinds of hoops to send data to our vendors and recently acquired companies.</description>

		<description>Every since you made me aware of this incident, it has been hard for me to believe that a financial institution would ACTUALLY email PII (personally identifiable information), with all the procedures we have to follow these days to protect our identity and others.  I wonder what happened to the person who sent the message and who was the recipient who didn&#039;t have a corporate email account.</description>
